Modern accounting offices have evolved from being solely focused on the mechanical processing, sorting, filing, and submission of documents. Nowadays, they provide financial advice and assistance to clients, including tax planning and cost optimization. However, despite the outdated image of accountants drowning in piles of paperwork, the process of manually digitizing a large number of financial documents, such as invoices, leases, bank and loan statements, and other accounting-related documents, still limits the potential of individual employees and the entire accounting office.
